Privacy Policy — Ross Weiner Real Estate

Last updated: September 29, 2025

Ross Weiner Real Estate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. This Policy applies to our website, forms, emails, text/SMS messaging, and any other services that link to it (collectively, the “Services”).

Information We Collect

When you use the Services, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, and any details you share about properties or transactions, including property addresses, price ranges, preferences, and ownership status. We also collect the content of your communications with us, such as inquiries, call notes, and your marketing preferences, including whether you opt in or out of SMS messages. In addition, we may automatically receive certain device and usage data—such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring or exit pages, and timestamps—through cookies and similar technologies. We may also receive information about you from third-party sources, including listing platforms (e.g., IDX/MLS feeds), advertising partners, social media, and publicly available property records.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve the Services; respond to your inquiries; schedule showings; match buyers and sellers; and communicate with you about your requests. We may send you service-related messages such as confirmations, reminders, and document requests. With your consent where required, we may send marketing communications by email or text, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We also analyze site performance, support advertising and retargeting activities, comply with our legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the Services.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to help the site function, understand how it is used, and personalize content or ads. You can usually set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, though some features of the Services may not function properly without them. Where required by law, we recognize approved universal opt-out signals for targeted advertising and related preferences and will continue to enhance our processes as regulatory guidance evolves.

SMS/text messaging terms

If you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, you agree that we may send you texts related to your inquiries and our services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply “STOP” at any time to opt out of automated texts, and reply “HELP” for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please note that opting out of automated texts does not stop one-to-one messages manually sent by an agent in direct response to you; if you prefer no texting at all, tell us and we will stop all text

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who perform services on our behalf—such as website hosting, CRM platforms, email and SMS providers, analytics, advertising networks, lead-capture tools, and IDX/MLS integrations—so they can help us deliver the Services. We may share information with business partners involved in a transaction at your direction, including co-brokers, escrow and title companies, inspectors, and lenders. We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Your privacy rights.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain types of profiling. Delaware residents have rights under the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the ability to opt out of certain processing. If you submit a request, we may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Where permitted, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request. If we deny a request, we will provide a way for you to appeal the decision.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Third-party links and tools.

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites and tools, such as listing portals, map providers, analytics services, and social media. These third parties have their own privacy policies and practices, which we encourage you to review before providing information to them.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
